There are times when you find yourself out in nature and you are compelled to lose yourself in the breathtaking environment. Maybe, like the picture above, you find yourself on a foggy beach and somehow the sight and the feel of the fog wrapping around you becomes comforting and safe. You dig your toes deep into the soft sand, and before you know it, the sea splashes over your bare feet and the icy cold water makes you jump like a giddy child. Immediately you feel so alive and one with your surroundings.
There are so many ways to connect with nature, and this is one of my favorites. Sometimes we just need to stop and take a breath, and let nature handle all the rest.
Hello, dear Michele💕🙂 how are you doing? Good to hear from you after many days🙂 very nice post👍 i totally agree. I felt the words while reading it and can relate💕 love the last lines🙂

Hi, Saima 🙂 I am doing fine, just been busy and I am so behind going on blogs. I see where I have some catching up to do on your blog for sure. I’m excited to see what you’ve been writing. Thank you for liking this post. I love that you felt the words. I guess that I needed a day at the beach.

Good to know that you are doing well, Michele🙂 No problem dear, we all lag behind at times, in following other fellows’ blogs, because of certain other life’s engagements. I was just a bit concerned and was missing your good posts and ofcourse your presence too🙂 It’s too good that you spent a good time at beach, we all need that kind of restoration of ourselves and well being, happy for you🙂
It’s my pleasure dear, your posts are worth reading👍🙂

That’s so sweet, Mark, thank you. Nature always inspires me, and especially when I’m at the beach. I think you feel that way too.

Oh yes indeed Michele, the beach and its beautiful body of water is grounding and opens me to…everything. I smile as I walk up and take that first salty breath and absorb its energy. I suffer so much each day as I take a walk and a coffee to celebrate its magic 🤣 May you ‘feel’ its love too dear lady 😀❤️🙏🏽

Thank you, Karen. It’s true isn’t it, that nature is the best therapy to eliminate stress and bring in balance.

“Sometimes we just need to stop and take a breath, and let nature handle all the rest.” — You said it perfectly. As for the photo, I’d like to be at that place right now. It’s my kind of setting.

I would like to live in a cottage right on that beach, or maybe above it, lol. It was so inspiring, Neil. I took other pictures of interesting rock formations, cave like, that I’ll use in another post.

Michele,
I very much relate to what you shared here. I’ve always said nature is my favorite artist. I wish everyone had the opportunity to spend time in nature. When I am hiking or sitting on the beach I feel my body shift to calm.☮️

Hi, Ali 🙂 I agree with you. I think if everyone did spend time in nature they would feel so balanced and calm. There just isn’t anything like it.
