“Those who make peaceful revolution impossible will make violent revolution inevitable.”
“A nation that is afraid to let its people judge the truth and falsehood in an open market is a nation that is afraid of its people.”
Both these quotes by John F. Kennedy should give us pause. What direction are we headed in? It appears to be “BACKWARD,” to a horrible time in our country’s history, or “FORWARD,” on a new dangerous path.
Where will this river take us? It’s up to each of us.
These quotes feel incredibly timely. And both options – backward to a horrible time and forward on a dangerous path feel like an honest assessment of what’s happening.

It’s chilling isn’t it, Elysha. I hope we find a way to move forward on a new and bright path, but so much needs to change first.

Unfortunately, I agree–We are going backward..and rapidly. sigh.

We sure seem to be, Elizabeth, but maybe good will come out of all of this and we can learn and heal and be a nation for all.

Unfortunately Michele, you have an extremely
dangerous and inept man running your country.

Truer words were never spoken. Can we just evolve already rather than continuing to revolve?!

I’m waiting for us to evolve but it’s taking forever!
