There Has to Be More

There has to be more to life than what’s been there before. Putting up with bullies and toxic people who have lost their way, being hurt to the core and dealing with sadness, there just has to be more.

When you came into the world all shiny and bright the future was all yours to enjoy with delight. But then after you grew decisions you made put you on the wrong train. You never asked for all this trouble, but it’s there always surrounding you. Ask yourself, “doesn’t there just have to be more?”

Your life is meant to be fulfilled and happy, and yes, you are here to do some good. You’ve made mistakes along the way, but you’ve paid for them too, and yet, the bullies keep surrounding you. There’s no way to win with all those balls you keep bouncing in the air, and those lost souls will keep dragging you to the end.

There has to be more, and there is you see, but this is what you have to do: Stop listening to those who only want to drag you down, and start listening to that soft voice inside that sometimes gets drowned out. Believe in the who you are and know you’re here for a purpose. Stop criticizing yourself and worrying about what others might think, and try putting yourself first for a while and believing in your way.

So, now my friends, time is running out. You’ve paid your dues and you really must move on. Figure out what you want to do with the rest of your life, and get yourself on the right train with no detours in sight. Make one little last check before you embark that you have given out gratitude to the universe for your wonderful life. Now hop on board and ride the rails to a world filled with happiness and all great things.

Unlock Your Peace

Unlock the peace that sleeps deep down in your soul. Let it out for all to see and feel, and let it flow as far as it wants to go. Notice the change in you and in others when you become mindful and unlock that peace that has been asleep far too long.

As the feeling of peace passes from you to others a balance is restored to every being on the planet. Humans especially will start to smile as they begin to experience happiness once more. Oh, the joy everyone will feel as peace becomes unleashed causing kindness to appear simply out of nowhere.

Even in the middle of war the peace is there inside of you and everyone else too. It’s just there waiting patiently to be set free. But greed, ego and those who walk among us without a Spirit are determined to knock the peace out of every living being. Stand strong, and shield yourself, believing only in the good.

Unlock your peace by knowing there is much in your life to be thankful for. Find the joy in nature and all the little things that pass your way. Breathe deeply and feel the peace wash over you calming every nerve in your body. Now, go out and let your smile and kindness touch another being, and maybe they too will pass on the gift of peace creating balance for all who roam this planet and crave also to be free.

Sense of Self

Do you know who you really are and feel good in your skin? You should because you are a wonder of life to behold. You’ve come into this world on a mission to do something special, and your whole life is about finding out what that something is.

Do you feel connected to your soul as though the two of you are one? You should because the two of you have probably been in many life times together and share the richness of growing. What about your Spirit? has your sense of self made you realize that’s the one you should be listening to and not your ego?

A sense of self is so important as you travel on your journey. Without the realization of who you are and what you are about, you would get lost, and if you’re feeling lost now, that is why. How do you recover, or even discover your sense of self? Lose yourself by noticing and helping others.

Treat everyone and everything with importance and respect. If someone is in a wheelchair, just don’t converse with the one pushing the chair, but really notice and speak to the one in the chair. Whenever you are involved in the care of something outside of yourself, you will grow closer and get to know the real person inside yourself.

Life’s about the good you do, the beauty you see, the love and happiness you spread like seeds. So get a sense of who you are and be proud, just don’t get lost into yourself allowing your ego to push your Spirit out.

Be Kind

Be helpful and kind letting your soul be divine. Get out from under your comfort zone and do what you know is right from the start. Smile at everyone and let them know you dare to care. Go ahead, reach for that box high on the shelf, and gladly hand it over to someone who’s unable to do it themselves. Have you ever thought that one day you will be old and maybe not able, and wouldn’t it be nice if the world had more kind people?

I don’t care if you work in some government office where you might have been trained not to give a damn. I don’t care if you have a job that has become mundane; please be kind even if you’re standing in the rain. It doesn’t even matter if this is your last day here on planet Earth because being kind is one of the reasons you came here in the first place.

Kindness goes a long way even from just a few, and it comforts and makes all beings feel safe, loved and new. Practice random acts of kindness it’s crazy and exciting I know, but see how good you will feel by just doing so. Pay kindness forward and notice how people will wake up changing their outlook on life where pills are never required.

Busy lives with stress make us forget who we are and why we’re here in the first place. Never forget to be kind because kindness has its own special warmth and love and brings our soul together with our Spirit and they become just one.

Feelings

You experience all kinds of feelings during a normal day, but how do you handle them? The good ones make you smile and even laugh out loud. They make you happy and lighter than air. But the bad and sad ones you probably stuff way deep inside your soul and they make you ache.

All feelings need to be addressed and honored, because if ignored and abandoned they will not go away, but will instead stay inside your soul festering until they find their way out in disturbing ways.

Learn to get in touch with your feelings, and learn to express them in a way that frees you, and doesn’t cause pain in someone else. When someone has hurt you, don’t just soldier up and go on, but let the person know in a calm assertive way how you feel. Be a problem solver not a problem maker. Express your feelings in art, journaling, dance, just to name a few.

Grief over the loss of a loved one especially needs to be addressed. Don’t be afraid to remember them, because if you try to forget them you’re not letting yourself go through the natural grieving process which is important so you can go on with your life in a healthy way. Shoving the pain deep inside will only make you hurt worse.

Your feelings ebb and flow like the tides of the sea. Feelings are what make you human, and teach you much about yourself. Once you accept, understand, and find the right way to communicate them, you will be liberated and on to a life of happiness.

Consciousness

When you are conscious you are aware of who you are and very in tune with your soul. Everything you experience is in the present and absolutely nothing that’s happened even a second ago are you concerned about because it’s in the past and completely gone. You are not even thinking about the future because it hasn’t arrived yet. This is the way to a happy life where the ego is just displaced, and your thoughts are in the now and positive.

Being conscious is a lot like mindfulness, but it involves going deeper within and becoming one with your soul. When the mind is quiet because you are living in the now and not somewhere in the past or future you are able to think clearer, be kind and giving, breathe deeper, be joyful and very creative. Conflict is gone from your life because when you are conscious you have no need to prove yourself. No more arguments and hurt feelings.

To get to a conscious state just clear your mind from all its chatter and meditate going deep inside yourself. Inhale the beauty of silence as it rolls over you and feel yourself connect to your soul. I’ve done this meditation while at the gym on a bicycle and rowing machine. I could hear the noise around me, but I felt disconnected from it. Afterward, I was very relaxed and so connected with my very being.

At first, consciousness will last for a limited time, but as you keep practicing it will become your normal way of being. Your  goal is to one day have the consciousness feeling just become automatic without having to meditate. You want to be able to clear your mind from the chatter of ego and live everyday connected to your inner self just flowing naturally.

I know this is a different way of living life, and it may seem impossible to do, but with practice, it’s doable. Take a chance and become connected to your soul and feel the peace and  satisfaction of a happy life that is your right, and be on the way to attaining nirvana with your Spirit.

Don’t Care

Caring about what other people think of you is living too much by your ego. Children live by their egos and have a great need for peer acceptance and suffer greatly when they are rejected. They need the guidance of parents and other nurturers to help them realize that they shouldn’t care what other people think of them. But the need for acceptance is so strong that children usually don’t listen to the guidance that is given and become puppets to the peers they strive to impress.

Unfortunately, many people never grow out of the need for acceptance and are very concerned about how they are viewed. They are constantly trying to make an impression and spend a lot of time worrying about what they did or didn’t do, and how they can win someone over, be liked, and maybe just be loved.

When you are living your life this way you really aren’t living your life. You are just going around in circles trying too hard to be liked. What you need to do is stop caring what others think, and stop thinking about yourself. Dig deep inside your soul and figure out what makes you happy and brings you peace and do that. Care about other people not so they will accept you, but because you truly care.

You are meant to have a happy fulfilled life, but that won’t happen if you are always too concerned about what others think of you, and if you’re in constant need for acceptance.

Take a deep breath, be good to your soul, and you be the one to accept yourself. Make sure good deeds come from your heart and not your mind, and do kind things when no one is looking, and there’s no prize in sight.
