Dancing in the Light

Come out, come out, wherever you are and let’s dance in the light. Summer or winter nature has a way of rousing our spirits and chasing away the gloom far from our lives.

Stay out of the dark places of your mind and let nature heal. In the trees, flowers and bushes, oh the breathtaking beauty is everywhere lifting us higher and higher.

Get up, get out, and just breathe.

“We are stars wrapped in skin. The light you are seeking has always been within.” ~ Rumi

So beautiful, Michele! I love your second paragraph; especially the reminder to stay out of the dark places of your mind and let nature heal. Does it ever cease to amaze us how healing being in nature really is? There are too many times to count where I felt ‘lost’ and listless but getting outside in the garden turned it all around. God’s glorious Creation! 🌻 There’s hope & joy all around us, we need only see it with fresh eyes.

Thank you for sharing this beautiful piece and your beautiful heart, sweet friend. ♥ Sending hugs and love your way!

  11. Yesterday afternoon we went to a new swimming hole – a quarry lake only 20 minutes away we’d never visited before. The air was fresh and beautiful.
