Chill

“Life is the dancer and you are the dance.” ~ Eckhart Tolle

Just relax. Nothing ever gets done in a good way by being stressed. Breathe deeply, let your thoughts go. Things aren’t all bad in your life. There is much good; open your eyes and see it.

Everything doesn’t have to go your way. Have no resistance; learn to flow. So much is missed when we are uptight, and life just goes by. Stay with the present moment, and don’t let the past or future take you over.

We all have obstacles in our life. Some days are good to us, and some are horrible. The secret is to not let those hard times take over and define our life.

It takes practice and patience, but learn to chill. You’ll be happier for it.

“Those who flow as life flows know they need no other force.” ~ Lao Tzu

Oddly, I’ve spent my whole morning working but because it’s something I wanted to do I don’t feel stressed at all. Attitude is everything, right Michele?!

  6. Yes, attitude is everything Pam. And working can be fulfillment when we are doing something that we care about and maybe even love. Self care comes in many nice packages.

As you can tell I am a very sporadic poster. I can go through months without really going on any IT at home – I spend all my work hours on the computer and like to take a break at home. This is also my only form of social media, so if Im not on my computer I can easily I get busy and forget all about my blog. I then get reinvigorated and get back to reading my favoutrite blogs – of course this includes yours and that reminds me to post too. 😘

      • I’m the same way Michelle. I used to blog more, but now I’m lucky if I do more than one a month. I’m off all other social media too and get busy with other things. I’m so happy that I’m one of your favorite blogs 🙂 You know you are one of mine too!

  12. Hi Ali 🙂 I kind of think of it like swimming against the ocean tide. Flowing is the better choice. We all need these little reminders on our journey.
