Never follow anyone or thing; lead instead. Trust only yourself because you and only you know the way. Everything you need to navigate your journey has been placed inside. You, my friends, have a map, and your Spirit is just hanging out and waiting for you to press the right buttons to activate this map.

“Your heart knows the way. Run in that direction.” ~ Rumi

Don’t be confused by all the noise in this world. Just take a deep breath and then move confidently in the direction you just know you should go. The path is waiting.

“Confidence is the way to grab the future by the horns!” ~ Author Unknown

Yes, this will take practice if you have spent most of your life listening, believing, and following what society keeps throwing your way, but there is always hope if you start to depend and trust yourself today. Turn off other people’s loud music and dance to your own tune.

You are a beautiful free spirit so take to the sky and fly high.

  1. Great post dear lady 😀
I’ll never forget the day that spirit asked me to ‘look’ with my heart. I just had to open mine first, and as time went by it just got louder and louder as it no longer had anything to block it 😀
Something like being snuggled up with someone you love…and just being…you can ‘hear’ their thoughts it is that wonderful ❤️
I can still comment on your site at least Michele, bear with me I haven’t run out of carrier pigeons yet 😀

    • I’m glad you liked my post Mark. I think on Spirit the key is to be very silent and just listen and then you can hear what Spirit is saying. I know it’s hard in today’s world with so much going on, but that’s why it’s so needed. I love what you said about hearing Spirit is like being snuggled up with someone you love and hearing their thoughts. So beautifully said. I’m so happy that you can comment on my site, now, to get me to be able to do the same. I think one of the problems is that WordPress is not recognizing that I am logged in when I visit your site. We’ll get it figured out. 🙂

    • Hi there Caz 🙂 Thank you for finding my post encouraging. Sorry that I haven’t been commenting on your posts but I’ve had a problem with that not working on a lot of blogs. It appears to have cleared up on it’s own. Maybe it was just a virus. Hope your weekend is super. xx

Love this post. We can get too caught up with others expectations and we can lose the our way. We are all different and we all have our own path, life is so much happier when we stay on our true path.Great reminder to do just that.

    • Thank you Michelle. I know that in the past I have gotten all tangled up with other people’s expectations and the stress of trying to meet them. It’s all crazy when you get down to it. We have to listen to ourselves and follow our own path.

Aww, I love this post Michele! I know I say that about almost every post. I dunno, it’s just something I really believe in, that we really have all the knowledge, also because in essence I believe we’re one and the same as the source, so if we tune in enough we can access it, and I hope and dream of living this reality one day.
