Sometimes we have to ask ourselves if what the mind is telling us is really true. The mind conspires with the ego and is not a reliable source. Better to ask our Spirit instead.

Great quote and post. Our mind can be our own worst enemy at times. Takes us to places where we shouldn’t. I think at times our minds have a weird slant on reality. Thanks for posting.

Yes, seems our minds or at least mine anyways defaults to a place that make situations appear FAR WORSE than they ever could be.

I talk to my Spirit and my guides, and I trust my intuition. When I don’t do these things I usually fall on my face.
