Try and stay calm when stressful thoughts invade your life. Think of something that makes you happy and puts your mind at ease. Nothing is as bad as your mind can make you believe it is.

I am trying to keep my mind calm. It helps me focus and be mentally productive when I need it most. Being calm doesn’t mean being indifferent, right 🙂
