Do you appreciate the fact that you’re alive? Sometimes days just melt into one another and time flies by. Before you know it, another year in your life has slipped by without you even noticing. It seems like we’re all on a fast track and there’s no time just to kick back and smell the roses–heck, you’re probably too busy watering them and haven’t taken the time to notice their individual beauty.
It’s important to unplug and get outside that busy head of yours and learn to slow down. It’s amazing when you slow down how everything around you appears new and so alive. You start to see people in a different light and enjoy their company. You find yourself really listening to what they have to say. You stop judging and take up accepting instead.
When you are appreciative for everything in your life you are fully awake and not sleep walking anymore. All your senses come alive–even food tastes better. You are now a patient, stress free, and kind human.
