Enjoy Every Minute

“Believe that life is worth living, and your belief will help create that fact.” ~ William James

Enjoy every minute of your life no matter how challenging at times it can be. Hey, you’re alive, you’re here, and it doesn’t get any better than that.

Some lives are so short you wonder how that can be, and what was the point indeed. But have you ever noticed that those short lives were the most profound? It’s as if the precious being just starting out in life, and the beautiful soul in the prime of their life were sent here on some very important mission. Maybe the mission was about loving each other and cherishing life.

This sounds so simple, but do we really do it? Not always. Once in a while something gets our attention and we think about enjoying our lives, but soon we are right back in our old ways. Too many lives get caught up dealing with unhappiness, stress and pettiness. What a shame.

It’s time to wake up no matter what your age and pledge to enjoy what “IS” in your life. Be grateful for your life no matter what you’re going through at this very moment. life is in constant change and so your life will be too. Today’s misery will turn into tomorrow’s joy and continue on like the tide until you die.

The important thing to remember is to flow with your life always being mindful and enjoying every minute that you have. Don’t forget, you are in control of your life.

“There is just one life for each of us: Our own.” ~ Euripides

Believing that your life is worth living… love that quote at the beginning. It’s so easy to get caught up in the demands of life for all of us. Your post is a lovely reminder to cherish each moment we are alive 🙂

    • That is a beautiful quote by William James. I was that person that got caught up in the demands of life and then one day I realized that time had gone by and I hadn’t lived in the moments in-between. Thank you so much, Lisa, for coming by and taking the time to comment 🙂
